2018年2月3日に新居浜市オープンした「JOHNNY'SDINNER」（ジョニーズダイナー）さん。
MEGA明屋書店の向かい側にあった、居酒屋さんのあとに店舗があります。
店主さんは新居浜市のご出身で、関東で修業した際、ハンバーガーやピザを専門的に作りたいと東京にある米軍基地付近のレストランで腕を磨かれたそうです。
本格的なハンバーガーが食べれそう～とワクワクしながら入店しました＾＾
【店内の様子】
カウンター席は、厨房が見える特等席。
店主さんが料理と作る様子が見れるので、もうヨダレもんです。
テーブル席は2組あります＾＾
ランチタイムは禁煙なので、お子さん連れもOKだそうです。

ハンバーガーのお店と聞いてたんですが、ピザもありました。
種類が多くて、迷っちゃいます～。

ハンバーガーと、サンドするトマトやオニオン、大量のポテトものった豪快なワンプレート！
ハンバーガーの食べ方があるそうで、、
カウンターにある、ペーパーシートを取り出します。
ハンバーガーに、プレートにのっているトマトとオニオンなどのトッピングをサンド。
全部挟むと、かなりの分厚さになります！
これを、ペーパーシートに包んで、ガブっといただきます＾＾
熱々の肉汁があふれるのでご注意！
お肉がジューシーで食べ応え抜群でした◎
ケチャップやマスタードは、備え付けられているのでお好みで。
パテやピクルスは、すべて店主さんの手作り。
できあがりに時間がかかってしまうのですが、それもまた良くて。
ゆったりランチの時間がとれる方におすすめです＾＾
