2023. 12. 25 (Monday) Merry Christmas ☆✴︎☆ It was the day I went out to Niihama City. ☆✴︎☆ It was a restaurant I had been interested in, so I thought it would be a good opportunity to go there during lunch time⤴︎ It didn't look like Restaurants from the outside, so I was excited as I opened the door (^^;; There was a bar counter and a space that could host live performances. An impressive and stylish space ❣️ I was curious about everything on the menu, so I asked the handsome staff (^O^) I was told that they had some good meat on this day, so I decided to buy the Kainomi beef bowl for ¥1600.The rare part of the meat is soft. The meat is perfectly grilled, leaving lean meat. The black pepper and shichimi are sprinkled with just the right amount of seasoning, giving it a nice accent ~ good. You can enjoy a variety of different flavors, such as adding condiments like hitsumabushi or adding a gentle Ochazuke（boiled rice with tea）to make it ochazuke style. (^O^) Accented with wasabi and black pepper ❣️ The dessert pudding has a gentle texture ~ Not only was it delicious, but the handsome staff made me feel soothed and happy, making it a wonderful Christmas lunch ❤️ Thank you for the delicious meal ~ *\( ^o^)/*
