ぐるめ亭さん。

今時、右から読まないし。
と思うけど、
そこは「いにしえ系」の町中華。
雰囲気を感じ取ってください！
マイレビの鹿さんが
みそラーメン召し上がっていて、
また別の方もそれを食べて
おふたりともの評価が
なんだか良かったので！わたしも！

ギョウザ600円
白味噌に、四川豆板醤？
を入れているのかな。
ピリ辛と甘さがほどよく
マッチしたスープに、
ぽちゃ、と柔らかな、中華そば。
ほぼストレート麺がはまっている。
チャーシューも歯ごたえが
しっかりとしたタイプで、
オーダーが入ってから、
カットされていました。
ギョウザも手作りで、
丁寧に仕上げています。
ニラとにんにくを中心に、
餡は少な目で、サクっと一口サイズ。
風味がすごく美味しくて、
思わずご飯をかき込んでしまいます。
ビールと一緒に食べても
美味しいだろうなぁ。
ご年配の店主は、
手際よく調理されていて、
それを観ているだけでも
良いアテになりそうです。
