It is located very close to Kawanoe Castle. The exterior is old and well-established, but when you go inside, there are rows of wine bottles and it has the style of Steak. It is run by a married couple. I didn't make a reservation, I just searched Tabelog on my mobile phone, so I ordered only Steak for 6,820 yen. It seems to consist of Steak, warm vegetables, salad, and rice. They only use carefully selected domestic Japanese beef, and according to other reviews, it is A5 grade. I really wanted to drink wine, but I gave up because I was driving. First, butter was spread on the hot plate. The salad came out while the vegetables and meat were being grilled. Lettuce, cucumber, and tomato were topped with chopped seaweed and sesame seeds, and a very light dressing was on top. It was refreshing and delicious. They arranged the grilled meat and vegetables with exquisite skill. Steak was meltingly delicious. It was so soft that it felt like eating fatty tuna. If you put garlic chips on the block of meat and dip it in the sauce, it becomes even more fragrant. The sauce also had a very light taste. The vegetables were garlic chips, onions, konjac, eggplant, pumpkin, snap peas, enoki mushrooms wrapped in seaweed, and potatoes wrapped in foil. All the vegetables were delicious, and we were told to eat the potatoes wrapped in foil as is. They were very fluffy and delicious. You can have as much rice as you want, so I had two bowls. I was also offered a third bowl, but there was a lot of Steak, so I limited myself to two. It also comes with pickled radish, Chinese cabbage, and cucumber. You can enjoy the carefully selected A5 Wagyu beef that melts in your mouth. Next time, I'd like to try the course.
