主人と二人で四国中央市まで足をのばしてのランチ。
主人が店選びをしたため・・・昔、母と妹と3人で松山から遥々来たことがあるお店だと～到着してはじめて気づきました（当時も人気店で美味しかった印象）。
サラダ。ピザorパスタ。食後のドリンク。ドルチェ。1430円
この日はそこまで混み合っておらず、ゆったり過ごせました。天井も高く開放感あって、キレイなお店です。
＊ソーセージ、しし唐、ニンニクのトマトソースピッザ。
小麦の薫り高いモチモチ生地を石窯で香ばしく焼いたピザは、家庭じゃ作れませんもの(^^)。このレベルのピザ、たまに食べたくなりますよね～
＊小エビとキャベツとリコッタチーズのトマトパスタ。
リコッタチーズの乳脂肪分の甘さを絡ませるとトマトソースが柔らかい味わいになって、二度美味しかった。想像していたよりもきちんとしていてバランスが良かったです。
