大阪の十三で30年営業していた千林ラーメン（閉店）の関連店だと思われる。
いろんなラーメンがあり、何がメインなのかはわかりませんが（＾＾；
「にぼしラーメン（720円）」を注文。
最初、大鍋で炒め物をしていたので、？？？と思いましたが、
麺の上にスープと一緒に炒めた肉･もやしをかけて完成のようです。
味噌ラーメンやスタミナラーメン系ではよくあるスタイルですが、
煮干系のラーメンでは初めて見ました（＾＾；
最近の魚介系ラーメンではあまり見られない、魚介が鼻にくる感じでしたが、
意外にも味自体は普通の魚介系ラーメンの味です。
でもやっぱり、炒めた肉･もやしはこのラーメンには合わない気がしましたが・・・（＾＾；
この店のラーメンは、食べたことないけど味噌やスタミナラーメン系が良さげな感じがしました。
