5月28日、四国中央市で用事を済ませて晩御飯。
前に友人と来たときは改装中では入れなかった「せんばやし」さんによって見ました。
店の東側の駐車場に車を停めます。
裏口なのかな、小さめの入り口から入ります。
店内は思ったより狭い目でした。
カウンターが合って、その後ろには座敷席が並んでます。
一人なのでカウンターに座ります。
ラーメン食べようかと思っていたのですが、厨房から鍋を振るリズミカルな音とともにチャーハンの良い匂いがします。
ついチャーハン大900円を注文です。
しばらくすると、またさっきのリズミカルな鍋音が聞こえてきました。
かなりの時間じっくり炒めてる気がします。
しばらくしたら出来上がり。
大きめの器に入った、もやしが入りスープがついてます。
チャーハン、しっかり丸く整形されてます。
いただきます。
よく炒まってて味もしっかりついてます。
スープも美味しいですね。
もやしのしゃきしゃきもいい感じ。
これならラーメンも美味しいでしょうね！
チャーハン、量も結構あって満腹です。
ご馳走様でした、今度はラーメン食べますね。
