宇和島のセルフうどん 出汁がいいです

初訪問の宇和島市内で此方に伺いました。
セルフで茹で戻しスタイル、器で値段が決まっていてうどん玉は４つ目から大きい器との事、なんか楽しく感じ、４つをユサユサとやりまして器に盛り、小皿トッピングでワカメ、とろろ昆布、鰹ぶしをチョイス、+ネギ・七味と鳥天別皿で頂きました。
讃岐うどんのようなコシがあるわけではないですが太さもよく、出汁が美味で鰹ぶしのトッピングがよく合います。これまた良い感じのうどん屋さん、愛媛県内ではチェーン展開されてるらしく、松山もにあれば嬉しいお店です。
