四国旅行３日目。
宇和島へやってきました。
美味しい鯛めしランチを食べた後、
宇和島スイーツを求め、こちらのお店へ・・・・
とりあえず、大番２つ、伊達侯を２つ、蜜六を２つ買いました。
松山スイーツを半端なく買いすぎたので・・・・・・
しかし、お店を出てすぐに伊達侯を食べた我等・・・・・
う、うまい。
しかも、伊達侯なるものは最中なんだけど、うちの旦那さん
最中はなぜかちょっと苦手。
彼曰く、「口の中に最中の皮がはりつくのがきらい」
しかし、伊達侯は最中の皮がしっかりしていて、
口の中にべた～ってへばりつかないのです。
というわけで、再度店内に戻り、伊達侯１０個いり再購入～
そして、車中にて大番を食べて・・・・
「う、うまうぎーーーーーー」
カステラ生地のふわふわに餡子がはさまれています。
しかもそのカステラ生地の周りには山芋のそぼろがついていて、
一瞬アーモンドかな？？と思ってしまいました。
このそぼろがええ仕事してますねんて。
大番を大人買いしなかったことを強く後悔・・・・・・
ちなみにこの２階には渋そうな喫茶店があり、こちらも入ってみたかったな～
