やっぱり寒い。
約一ヶ月振りの外。
病で随分遅れてしまった新年。
帰りがけに高島屋地下に寄る。
そこで、遅れた新年にぴったりしそうな蒲鉾を見つけた。
どうやら宇和海で獲れたえそだけを使用した蒲鉾らしい。
歯応えも風味もとてもしっかり。
赤だけ買っても、切れば紅白ではないか。
