There was a new shop in restaurant where there was a "Sushinoko" Mr./Ms., so I visited it for the first time. The starting point was pickled horse mackerel and bonito, and it was chewy, and the seasoning and texture were good. It seemed to be the main dish of oden, just like the sushi noko, and there was a good smell of broth in the store. I had daikon, cabbage rolls, duck and cream cheese oden, and all of them were so delicious that I drank all the broth. The fried eggplant feels a little sweeter than oden, which is perfect for juicy fried eggplant, and the white dashi rolled egg is also served with grated daikon and soy sauce, and the taste is unmistakable in the middle of the Japanese-style meal. I drank too much broth, so I stopped drinking beer after one drink, and I wanted to eat the Tempura of the swordfish, but I gave up because I was full. There are still many menus that I would like to try, so I would like to revisit them. From the next time, I will drink soup stock in moderation (sweat) It was a feast.
