「すぎのこ」さんがあった店舗に新しいお店が入っていたので、初訪問しました。
つきだしはシマアジとカツオの漬けでもちもちとして、味付けや食感がよかったです。
すぎのこ同様におでんメインのようで店内にも出汁のよい香りがしてました。大根、ロールキャベツ、鴨とクリームチーズのおでんをいただきましたが、どれも出汁を飲み干してしまうほど美味しかったです。
揚げ出し茄子はおでんよりも少し甘めの出汁に感じ、ジューシーな揚げ茄子にぴったり、白いだし巻き玉子も大根おろしと醤油でいただき、和食のど真ん中の味といった間違いない逸品ですね。
お出汁の飲み過ぎで、ビールは一杯で打ち止め、秋刀魚の天ぷらも食べたかったですが、お腹がいっぱいで断念しました。
まだまだ食べてみたいメニューがあるので、再訪したいと思います。次回からは出汁飲みはほどほどにしときます(汗)
