関西風のお好み焼きは山芋多めでふわっふわ。カウンターに座ると、目の前できれいに焼き上げてくれます。
このお店ではそば飯のことをちゃんぽんといいます。これが、ご飯と焼きそばと野菜のしゃきしゃきが絶妙のバランスでおいしいです。
落ち着いた和風の家具や調度がとってもおしゃれでいい雰囲気。
食べ切れなかったものをおもちかえりしてもらったのですが、とてもきれいに包んでもらえて、細かい気配りがうれしかったです。
松山市には妹さんがされている姉妹店があるようですが、そちらは鉄板焼き中心だそうです。
