テイクアウト始めました。
南予の海の幸・山の幸でのおもてなしをする料理自慢の宿です。昔ながらの雰囲気でおくつろぎください。 |
国道から小路を入ったとこです。１Ｆ入口玄関は、さすが老舗旅館な構え。
２Ｆへ上がった広間で １００人くらいの宴会でした。
ところ狭しと並んだ料理は、ちょっとした披露宴みたいな感じです。
八寸は、
子持昆布、煮豆、松茸。 おからを鯛で巻いた、南予の郷土料理。
海老の寿司は、シャリ部分が卵黄で出来てるのかな？？
披露宴によくある、伊勢海老のタルタル焼き。赤飯、刺身、フルーツ。
なます、は 南予らしく甘い味です。
そうめんダシは、椎茸でしょうか・・・やや苦手でした。
ほどなくして、ステーキも登場。
炭火で焼いているのか、香ばしさがあって美味しかったです。
