ちょっとしたご縁で、5,000円のコースをいただきました。「ちゃぼ亭」というお名前から鳥料理が中心かな？と思っていたのですが、それがそれが・・・。
山間のお料理屋さんなのですが、例えば、茶碗蒸しはアサリ出汁にて中にはトマトとアボガド、これが非常に合うのです。ご主人が兵庫県で修行をなさったそうで、鰯の有馬煮にも美味。鮮魚は難しくても、昆布〆、あぶりなどでお魚も美味しかったです。もちろん、蕗の梅煮、季節物でふきのとうの天麩羅も楽しめ、山菜も上品な味付けでいただけました。城川の日本酒も楽しめます。久しぶりに、ゆっくりと、手の込んだお料理をいただけ、最高の時間を過ぎすことができました。
