基本的に宿泊施設。 |
魚づくしの料理に惹かれて泊まった民宿で、かなり期待値が高まったいましたが、それを上回る料理でした。
最初に出てきた刺し盛のボリュームにびっくり、全部、聞いたのですが、覚えきれませんでした。恐らく、鯛、ハマチ、アジ、ヒラメとそのエンガワ、アワビ、サザエとあと2種ぐらいあったと思います。どれも美味しかったです。
そして、その脇にあった、ウニが最高でした。獲れたてで塩水につかっていて、かなり、サッパリしていました。カルパッチョやタコも美味しかったです。
これだけでも、かなりのボリュームなのに、甘鯛の煮つけもあり、その後は、洋風のパスタやピリ辛のムニエルなども出てきました。口の中が「和」になっているところ、「洋」な感じや「中華」っぽい感じの料理がアクセントとなり、美味しさが際立ちました。
そして、〆は漬け丼という素晴らしいラインナップで、大満足です。
ロケーション的に、釣り好きじゃないと、なかなか立ち寄りにくい場所ですが、近くに行ったら、是非とも、泊まって欲しいお店です。
日の入りもばっちり見えるので、お酒を飲みながら、夕日を見るというのもオシャレだと思います。
機会があるかどうか微妙なところですが、是非とも、また行きたいです。
