今日は、金沢から福井に移動してきて、午後一で会議がありましたので
会議前にランチをと思い、こちらのお店に伺いました。
到着した時点で既に満席のようでしたが、少人数でしたので少し待って入る事が出来ました。
入る前にA型の看板で訴求していた、３種盛りスペシャルカツ丼を注文しました。
以前に敦賀に行った際には自分が暖簾分けをした店舗という事を知らずにちょっと驚いたのですが、コメントで教えていただいたので、今回は福井の総本店に伺いました。
違いが分かると言われていたカレーは、敦賀でも食べていなかったので比較は出来ませんでしたが、カツ丼は教えていただいたように、そこまで大きな違いは感じなく、美味しく頂きました。
お会計の時に、カツ丼の歴史が分かるようなチラシをいただき読んでみました。
知らないことがたくさんあり、ちょっと知識が増えました。
いつも行列が出来ているこちらのお店は凄いな！と改めて感じました。
また伺いたいお店でした。
