もう何度も定期的に訪れている、我が家のお気に入りの名店です。
最初は、そんな名店とは知らずに立ち寄りました。
どっかで何かを食べたいなという程度でした。
料理ですが、うなぎの せいろ蒸しが伝統の店でした。
身が淡白で柔らかいのが特徴です。
タレが、あっさり掛けられて出て来るので、うれしいです。
（テーブルにタレは置いてあるので、自分で追加できます。）
上品な出汁のお吸い物、そしてお漬物は、その時期で内容が変ってゆき季節感が楽しめます。
値段は、うな丼と同じで、せいろ蒸しもあります。
こちらは湯気で温められた ご飯がアツアツで、これに鰻が乗っていると、うなぎの旨みが増します。
うなぎのしつこさを嫌う人は、ふつうの丼が良いでしょう。
ご飯の温度で、うなぎの味（脂のノリ）が変化するのが分かります。
サービスは、安心して任せられるオバチャンたちが立ち回るので、とても安らぎます。
座敷にあがり、ゆっくりお茶を飲んでいると、思ったより早く、うなぎが出てきます。
客が来てから調理するか、事前に白焼きをしている（関東風）か、の差なのでしょうか。
雰囲気は、ここ福井の土地柄もあるのでしょうが、くつろげる店です。
テーブルの間に仕切りはありませんが、この店で嫌な客（声がデカい、子供が騒ぐ、家族でケンカをしている‥笑）には出会ったことはありません。
コストパフォーマンスは、良いほうです。
いわゆる並のうな丼で１９００円、ぎりぎり２０００円を超えない工夫があります。
うなぎの量は、１９００円分しか出てきませんので、ちょっと物足らない感じがします。
満足のゆく量を食べたいなら、うな丼は（大）をお勧めしますが、一切れ増えるだけで値段は２７００円です‥（汗）
４人家族で、１万円では足りません。
でも、ここのうなぎは身厚です。
期待を裏切りません。
飲み物は頼んだことはありませんが、お昼に行くと、以前はコーヒーのセルフサービスをやっていましたが、今は終了したようです。
総合的に、安心して食事が出来るお店として、お勧めします。
食事は栄養補給にあらず
その時間を楽しめるかどうか、そこが全てだと思います。
この店は、いつ訪れても期待を裏切らない名店です。
