この日は土曜の丑の日ということで、軽薄な私はうなぎを食べに、会社近くにあるうな信へ行きました。
当店は福井では珍しいうなぎのせいろ蒸しが食べられるお店です。せいろ蒸しといえば柳川ですが、関係は無さそう。
店内は鰻屋1番の書き入れ時とあって、店員が慌ただしく調理や準備をしています。一方、客入りはそれほど多くはなかったので、主に出前需要が多いのかもしれません。
味の方は、せいろでふわふわに蒸されたうなぎがストレートに美味しい。冬は蟹のせいろ蒸しもあるようで、その時期に改めてお邪魔しようと思います。
