鰻のせいろ蒸しにひかれて入店
50年以上歴史のあるお店とのこと
中蒸し定食と肝やきを注文
10分ほど待つと蒸したてのせいろ
蓋をあけるとふわわ〜〜っと鰻の薫り
鰻をひとくちいただく
せいろ蒸しの真骨頂のふかふかさ
鰻の下にはタレをまぶしたごはん
こちらもせいろで蒸したてのあっつあつ
50年以上継ぎ足したタレの薫りがふんわりと
次に鰻とごはんを一緒にいただきます
もう口の中が鰻でいっぱいです
途中で鰻のタレをちょいとオン
紀州山椒をミルでがりがりと
削ったおおぶりの山椒がこれまたいい
肝吸いもやさしいなかに柚子皮の清涼感
肝焼きは濃いい薫りとタレとの相性ばっちり
ランチはホットコーヒーのセルフサービスあり
とってもおいしくいただきました
