小松基地の航空祭の前乗りで福井駅前に宿泊した。
串カツを食べた後、ホテルに戻る前に駅前をウロウロしてると、このお店の入り口にメニューがあり、つぼだいがあったので、入店しました。
つぼだいを食べたくてずっと探してましたが、偶然にも発見です。
串カツを食べた後なので、空腹ではありませんが千載一遇です。
カウンターに案内されて、お造りとつぼだいをオーダーしました。
お造りは普通でした。
つぼだいはみりん干しだった。脂がのって美味しかったが、ちょっと小さかったかなぁ。
日本酒も美味しく頂きました。
