これで、1500円って安いですよね！
海鮮丼にワサビのってませんでしたケド笑
少し急いでいましたので、ワサビ無しで、美味しい白米を堪能しました^ - ^
海鮮は、甘エビ、マグロの赤身、謎の魚2種、きっとアオリイカのちょい炙り、タレ濃い煮あなご、ネギトロです。
甘エビと、マグロの赤身はもう少し頑張って！
県外者の私には、越前そばがメイン♡
お出汁ですよ、関西人が関東圏で恋しくなる、あの味です。このお出汁の説明読んだ途端、大変なものだと、自作は諦めました。
大野醤油を使い、1ヶ月以上寝かせた、かえしを使って… とのことです。
海鮮につけるお醤油も美味しかったです。
越前そば、山ほど食べたいな〜笑
