新潟の鷹の巣温泉からの帰りにこちらの越前満月に宿泊しました。
奇しくもこちらの温泉も鷹巣温泉です。
広い敷地に部屋数は１０室、うち露天風呂付きのお部屋は３部屋です。
宿泊したお部屋は温泉露天風呂付きの皐月の間。
夕食はお部屋で、地の食材を活かした懐石料理をいただきました。
時期がよかったので、蟹刺し、茹で蟹、焼き蟹味噌、焼き蟹、蟹鍋と蟹三昧。
〆は蟹鍋で作った蟹雑炊。
蟹は黄色のタグが付いていました。
とってもおいしくいただきました。
朝食は小鉢９品（サラダ・イカそうめん・野菜の煮物・茶碗蒸しなど）と
河豚の一夜干し、湯豆腐、ごはん、お味噌汁、香の物。
チェックアウト前にロビーでホットコーヒーをいただきました。
