冬です。越前で蟹たちが名を馳せる季節になりました。
行きましょう。いざ福井へ。
訪れたのは温泉旅館「越前満月」
数年ぶりの来訪です。
記憶にあるのは 蟹、蟹、蟹！
とにかく美味しい越前をこれでもかと味わせてくれるのです。
今回も期待特大で伺いました。
今年は猛威を振るう爆弾低気圧の影響で
蟹漁が上手くいっていないという情報もありましたが
全く問題なし！
刺身、茹で、焼き、鍋と豪華フルコース！
身がぎっしり詰まった蟹を前に
無心で剥き続ける面々。
皆必死なのであります。
やはりオーソドックスな茹でタイプが
蟹本来の旨みを最も引き立たせてくれますね。
個人的には茹で推しです。
〆の雑炊までひたすら突っ走った2時間でした。
蟹を食べるためだけに来たといっても過言ではない今回の旅。
大満足！
PS:
朝ごはんでは蟹と並んで食べたかった
鯖の「へしこ」がハタハタと共に登場！
軽く炙って食しました。
漬けられた感満載の濃厚な味で
トータルでご飯3杯いく原動力となりました。
こちらも大満足。
