この日は福井帰省の中日。
両親と共に豪勢な食事を、と予め予約しておりました。
以前当店に伺ったのは5年以上前
それから足が遠のいておりましたが
その間食べログの点数も伸びてました笑
どうして遠のいたか、について明確なものは無いのですが
特別印象に残らなかったから。。
コスパが良くなかったような印象でした。
改めて今回はいかがかと楽しみに訪問。
さてさて、流石の人気店は店内も混雑してました
まずはメニューを確認。
ノンアルビールはアサヒです、高ポイント
私は焼肉店に行くと決まって頂くのが
ハラミ、ホルモン、タン（あればタンシタ）でして
当店の呼称では上ハラミ、ちょうちょ、タンゲタでした。
それをオーダー( ◠‿◠ )
家族はそれとは別に
ミックスホルモン、鳥皮、レバーを注文
・ちょうちょ
いわゆるマルチョウ、プリプリの脂が溶け出します
・上ハラミ
肉厚で柔らかジューシー
・タンゲタ
タンシタと同じものかな〜歯応えある食感で美味しい
そして鳥皮やレバーも頂くが、
どれも大ぶりで美味しい(^^)
特にレバー！！
鮮度良くさっと炙るだけでもイケそうな‥
おかわりしました⭐︎

そしてお料理関係は次をオーダー
・ビビンバ
これが当日のお気に入りでした♪ほんと美味しいわコレ
・冷麺
最後にさっぱりと、お出汁も好みの酸味あり
・玉子クッパ
優しくもしっかりしたテイスト、どんどん進む
いろいろ食べて満腹でした。
何より今回の訪問はすごく印象に残りました⭐︎
お肉は大ぶりで新鮮かつジューシーで柔らか
お料理系も相当レベルが高く好みの味付けでした
以前の印象はなんだったのか、、
お会計はお酒も飲んで4人で18,000円
驚く様なお値段ではない、なんならコスパ◉(^｡^)
また福井入りしたらお邪魔します⭐︎
