福井に赴任して早々に同僚とお伺いしたお店。
今日は一人でのランチタイムということもあって、久々お伺いしました。
オミクロン株の流行もあってか、前来た時よりも広々とした感じでした。U^ェ^U
定食にしようかとも悩んだのですが、やっぱりここは
これでしよと
インディアンオムライス(900円)を注文です！
1970年のお店の創業当時にCMでも使われていた西部劇での『インディアン嘘つかない！』という名セリフ。
これを知っている人は相当の歳ですねー。
初代シェフがそのセリフに因んで、『他にはない本物の味を』との想いから『インディアンオムライス』と
名づけたようです。
さて先代からの名物インディアンオムライスがまもなく到着です^_^
オムライスの上には特製のデミグラスソースとマヨネーズがかけられています。
お店の方が優しく混ぜて食べて下さいねー、と。
その前に薄焼き卵のライスをパックンと割って
はいピース！
ケチャップライスではなくて、どうやらうっすらカレーの味がする程度のドライカレーのようです。
さて混ぜ混ぜしながらいただきます。
ウーン、やはり洋食店ならではのこだわりが感じられます。
優しくて少し上品な味です。
まぁこの『少し』って言うのがポイントですU^ェ^U
あっという間に完食！
