福井市にあります『お肉のたかしま凸凹屋』に行きました。
今までの行きつけのお店ではないのですが、食べログの評判を見ておじゃましました。
席は事前に無煙ブースター付きの席を予約しました。
席についてさっそく注文。メニューは以下のとおりです。
・並カルビＸ２ 700円ｘ２
・中おちカルビ 690円
・ねぎタン 850円
・焼ソーセージ 380円
・焼野菜 500円
・上ロース 1,550円
・本場韓国キムチ 380円
※その他、サブメニュー類は省略しました。
まずはねぎタンを食べてみます。
おいしい。ねぎとレモンがよく合います。
並カルビを食べました。だいたいカルビでお店の良し悪しを判断します。
うーん。ちょっとお肉が硬いかな？おいしいのはおいしいけど。
タレは、しょうゆとみそ２種類あったのでよかったかな。
中おちカルビは始めて注文しました。
見た目においしそう。適度に焦げ目をつけてしょうゆタレで食べます。
おいしい。カルビより好きかも。
焼ソーセージは味が付いているバジル風のものが混ざっています。
バジルが苦手な人は、注意が必要です。
ソーセージは普通においしい。
最後に本日のメインとなる上ロースを注文。
さすがに値段が倍だけあって、でてきたものは極上。
あら塩が一緒についてきて、お肉の鮮度が良さそう。
感想は最高！です。塩がお肉の味を引き立てます。
お口の中でホントに溶けました。
総合的に見て、また行きたいお店ですね。
今度は上カルビを注文したいです。
