福井から158号線を大野方面に向かい、福井の街を背に、トンネルを数本抜けた右側にログハウスが見えてきます。
もう何度も通っているお店です。
入口のドアを開けると、ログハウスならではの、木の香りがして、癒されます。
靴を脱いで入るのですが、お店というよりは、素敵な住宅に来たというあたたかさ、があります。
窓からは川や山が見え、癒されます。
香川から来たというご夫婦がお店をされており、土日祝日のみ営業。
ご家族連れや、高齢のご夫婦、若いカップル、またバイクツーリング途中の男性一人客もよく見かけます。
様々なお客様に愛されている、という感じ。
いつも注文する「天おろしうどん」をいただきました。
冷たいうどんに、冷たい出汁。そして大根おろし、天ぷらが乗っています。
うどんの味も美味しく、サクサクの天ぷらも美味。
大根おろしでさっぱりといただけます。
ここに来たら、「天おろしうどん」おすすめです！
うどん自体は、讃岐で食べるそれよりは、若干やわらかめ。
でも、この「天おろしうどん」は、この麺で完成されていると思います。
つるつるとした喉越し、たまりません。
本場、讃岐までは行けないけれど、すぐに美味しい讃岐うどんを食べたい方、ぜひどうぞ。
