店員さんは接客もキッチンも慣れている感じで、初訪問だがどこか安心感があった。
生さば刺が珍しく感じたので、まずはこれから。
肉質や、噛んであふれること旨みがすばらしい。
へしこ刺はさらに旨みが詰まっていて、酒が進む。
ホタテバター醤油は貝が大きめにカットされていて食べ応えあり。味付けしっかりなので、日本酒よりもビールや酎ハイが合いそう。
本日のおすすめではふくいサーモン握りが気になったので注文。地物らしい。生と炙りのセットで、生は富山のます寿司を思い起こすしっとり感。炙りは爽やかで、いくらとのバランスもいい。
日本酒は1合ではなく300ml、720mlなどの瓶で出てくるよう。1人だと飲み比べはしにくいかも。
