福井旅であっさりとしたランチをと思ってお蕎麦屋さんを探して、辿り着いたこちら。
内装が凄く綺麗で席数多く、個室もあって素敵！
まずはお蕎麦。
天そばセットの海老天を大に変更。
蕎麦は十割蕎麦を太打ちと細打ちの食べ比べ。
契約農家から直接仕入れた福井県産の玄蕎麦を石臼で自家製粉。毎日挽き立ての蕎麦粉と水だけで丁寧に手打ちしているということで楽しみ。
まず…風味が良く、蕎麦に少し塩付けて食べると…美味しい。
つけ汁も甘すぎず、しっかり出汁の旨味が効いている。
とろろも細打ちの蕎麦に良い感じで絡んで美味しい。
福井県のお蕎麦の美味しさに大満足。
蕎麦呑みにも適していて、蕎麦を待つ間冷酒飲み比べを楽しめて良い時間だった。
あとは…お蕎麦を食べに行ったけどついつい頼んでしまうかつ丼。
こちらのかつ丼は珍しいかつ丼で地元の名物ソースかつ丼を卵とじにしている。
意外とソースの味と卵とじの甘味と出汁の組み合わせが合う。
どちらかと言うとさっぱり方向に振れる感じ。
ソースかつ丼食べた気にもなれるし、ノーマルのかつ丼を食べた気にもなれて一石二鳥な名物メニューだった！
