何度か利用した事のある福井市で有名なケーキ屋さん。
秋限定でポテトアップルパイという商品があるのですが
そちらを頂いた時、味に感動し
それ以来アップルパイが大好きな私。
今日はオーソドックスのアップルパイを購入。
ぎっしり詰まったリンゴはクセがなく、甘すぎず、シャキシャキ感が残っており上手に煮詰めてあると思います。
パイ生地もバターの風味が効いてて食べやすい。
シナモンは入ってないと思います。
アップルパイのベチャベチャ感が苦手な方もいると思いますが
こちらのアップルパイはそれがないので
苦手な方でも大丈夫だと思いますよ(^^)
夏は冷やして食べるのがオススメです！
