A long-established Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant in Fukui. This restaurant is only open for lunch on Sundays. There aren't many restaurants around here that are open for lunch on Sundays, so this is helpful. There are 4 counter seats on the 1st floor, so you can feel safe even if you are alone. A gas stove will be provided. As I was looking at the menu, the proprietress told me that they also had set meals, so I asked for a set meal (Yakiniku (Grilled meat)?) that wasn't on the menu. The composition of the set meal is as follows.・Loin (kalbi) ・Rice ・Miso soup ・Pickles (cucumber, radish) The sauce contains vinegar, which is something you won't find anywhere else. It has a sour taste, so it has a rich flavor that can be enjoyed during the day or as a refreshing drink. It's only 5 slices, but the meat is so soft and melts in your mouth. It would be a waste to bake them all at once, so bake them slowly one by one. I took the opportunity to order an additional 450 yen for the young bird. This was also delicious and the size was enough for one person. The total cost was 1,800 yen, and it was a nice restaurant that also accepted barcode payments, so I thought it would be in demand for weekday lunches.
