福井を代表する料亭の一つ。
こちらには、すっかり夏の年1利用のみになってしまいました。会社の懇親会。真冬の越前ガニシーズンは垂涎のお店。
夏らしい前菜３種、飲み物も福井を代表する日本酒、黒龍・梵・一本義さんを飲み比べ、お造りに揚げ物、海鮮小鍋、〆は越前おろし蕎麦に水菓子と、一品の量は少なくても、ゆっくり食べるとお腹いっぱいです。夏メニューには一本義さんがよく合いますね。鮮度よく、丁寧な仕事に、お出汁が効いて、塩梅も柔らかく、美味しかった。お陰ですっかり、飲み過ぎてしまいました。逞ましくなった同僚と一年を振り返って、意見をぶつけ合う事も出来て、楽しかった。ごちそうさまでした。

コロナ明け4年ぶりの会社懇親会
最近ではすっかり化石化しつつある大広間大人数での料亭お料理ですが、久しぶりだと意外にハマります。作り置き感は否めませんが、温かいメニューがしっかりしていて良かった。小鍋は鱧しゃぶでした。大好きな茄子の煮浸しにおろし蕎麦〆。水菓子も良かったのですが、最後に緑茶が出なかったのは文化の違い？美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。
