あまりお寿司を食べ歩いてる訳ではありませんが有識者に話を聞いて伺ってから虜になってしまいました。
店先の駐車場に車を停めて中に入るときれいなカウンターがあります。
大将が気持ちよく挨拶してくれお料理スタート。
つまみの品からどれも外さずにおいしい。
ノドグロの大きさもすごい。
握りに入り大将の大きな手で精細に握られていくお寿司はどれも芸術品。
最後のデザートまで完璧なコースで、しかも地方ならではのリーズナブルさ。
これからも通いたい名店です。
