男３人旅での信州そば巡り番外編。
戸隠から白馬へ抜け、北陸道で帰路に着き、高速道路を途中で降りてまで立ち寄らせていただいたヨーロッパ軒。
元祖ソースかつ丼を初めて食しました。以外とあっさりしていて、途中で飽きること無く最後まで美味しくいただき気が付けば完食してました。
