点数が低い様に見えますが食べログの性質上、テイクアウトファストフードから三つ星レストランなんかもこの5段階の評価の内ですので悪いという意味ではありません。
友人数名と初の利用。
うわさには聞いてはいたが中々行けずにいたのは立地と少しのお店の入りにくさのせいか。
外観からも少しだけアプローチや、大衆的な広告で改善出来そうである。
宴会シーズンとあり店内は大にぎわい。
居酒屋はこうでなくちゃ！というにぎわいぶり。
カウンターが12席程か。
あとは座敷席で4テーブル程か、詰めて20〜25名くらいかな。繋げて団体客が利用してました。
こじんまりとした感じ。
カウンターではドリンク、少し奥で3坪程の
あまりに小さなキッチン。キッチンは良く見えてお料理の手作り感と安心感が伝わります。
メニューは豊富。
居酒屋！といったメニューばかり。
写真以外にも色々食べましたが、どれも味には大きな感動は無いもののじゅうぶんでした。
お刺身盛り合わせは盛りが今ひとつで割高感が少し。
トータル的にはどのメニューも50円安いと感じる内容。揚げ物にけっこう多めのサラダが付いてくるので、サラダを注文しなくても良かったり、ボリュームだったり、単純に価格が安かったりです。とにかく一品あたり50円安い。
この50円の積み重ねでお客さんに選ばれるのでしょう。
どこかのチェーンの様に100円で妙に小さな発泡酒だけで収客している内容とは違います。
サービスも良く出来ています。
お酒もかなり安いらしいのですが私は飲まないので分かりません。
安くてボリュームがある程度あり、サービスも良い。
一点。
この手のお店は近隣の常連さんとその口コミが重要でそこから団体に繋げていくのもかなり重要です。
居酒屋ですのでシーズンには団体客をいかに獲得出来るかで変わります。ので座敷席を団体用に使うよりは、別に団体席を設けるべきかと思われます。
