かなりレベルの高い福井のそばが食べられます。くるみそばは特に絶品
福井に来たのでそばが食べたいと思い訪問。
前知識がなく、
雑誌で見た覚えがあったのですが、
駐車場がいっぱいなのを見て期待できます。
福井のそばは辛味大根のおろしそばが主流なので、
辛味大根のおろしそばと
くるみそばというのがあったので注文。
おろしそばはつゆの中に辛味大根のすったものが
最初から入っていました。
こういう形式なんですね。
ワサビの代わりといいますが、
これはまた面白いです！
大根のうまみも加わり、そばがすいすい入ります。
ワサビって辛すぎるため、
もしかしたら蕎麦の旨味を十全に出せてないのかもしれませんね。
そしてくるみそば！
どういうものかと思ったら、
くるみを擦ってペースト状にして
おそらくみりん等で味付けしているのでしょうか？
それにつゆと混ぜてそばにつけて食べます。
これがうまい！
くるみの油と甘みがそばに交わるとこういう味になるんですね～。
これを食べに来るだけでも価値があります！
価格もお値打ちなので、ぜひ！

二度目の訪問。
以前は転勤してきたばかりで、
そばに感動したため、ちょっと高く評価してしまいましたが、
修正します。
といってもおいしいのに変わりないですけどね。
今回は彩を注文。
相変わらずそばはいい香りをしてます。
特にクルミペーストと絡めると絶品！
今回は天ぷらをいただきましたが、
こちらもおいしいです。
さすがです！
