福井市にあるきょうやに行ってきました＾＾
ここは蕎麦屋です。
別の場所から移転されたばかりのようで老舗感漂う店内ではありませんが、白を基調としているのかスタイリッシュな雰囲気で女性でも入りやすい感じです。
お店のおススメがおろしそばとのことでこれを注文しました。
「しぼり」という大根の絞り汁に生醤油を合わせたものと、「みぞれ」という鰹だしに二種類のかえしを合わせたものの2種類から選べます。
今回は「しぼり」で上にとろろがかかっているおろしとろろそばを選びました。
大根の絞り汁ととろろを合わさった部分にそばを通すと膜が張られてつるんと喉を通ります。
まさに夏にぴったりなそばです。
