日曜日の17:30頃に1人で伺いました。
並びはありませんでしたが店内にはお客さんがいっぱいでした。

2024年に食べログの蕎麦百名店に選ばれているお店で
手打ちした絶品の十割蕎麦が定評のお店
のど越しがよくコシのある太打ち麺の「越前おろし蕎麦」が最高と聞いています。
越前おろしそばは福井県嶺北地方で主に食される蕎麦。
大根おろしが入った出汁ツユを蕎麦にかけたり、大根のしぼり汁に生醤油や出汁をくわえたツユに蕎麦をつけて食べるなど、大根おろしを必ず利用する蕎麦

美味しい
私は北海道産の蕎麦粉を輸出して10年以上で
携わる以前から蕎麦をたくさん食べ歩いていました。
個人的な好みは蕎麦の風味がある
挽きぐるみの十割の田舎蕎麦が好きです。
蕎麦はルチンをはじめとしてビタミンB群やミネラルが豊富に含んでいる食材でタンパク質も豊富に含んでいます。
