先日ブログにも書いた新年会がお開きになると、
皆で隣りにあるカフェに行くのがいつものパターン。
実はそのお店、福井では知る人ぞ知るコーヒーの名店なんです。
こちらのお店では、選んだコーヒーの中からさらに豆の種類やドリップ方法まで指定することができるんですよ。たとえば、ブラジルコーヒーなら、ブルボン種、イエローブルボン種、ナチュラル種などから選べて、ドリップは、オールドカリタ、ケメックス、エアロプレスの3種類の淹れ方から選ぶことができるんです。ここまでカスタマイズできるお店、福井にはなかなかないんじゃないでしょうか。
