鉄板焼はカルビとホルモンを注文
たれにはもやしとキャベツがついてきます
カルビはほどよい脂身
ホルモンは大ぶりで食べ応えあり
串はねぎまとレバーを注文
それぞれ5本ずつ出されます
からしとたれをつけていただく
〆にうどん玉とかしわのたれを注文
鉄板の上でじゅうじゅうと焼いていきます
鉄板に残った肉汁とあいまってこりゃおいしい
