福井に行くと、やはり行ってしまうのが、回転寿司屋さん。今日も、回転レーンがあるものの廻らない回転寿司「廻鮮寿司海座 福井開発店」さんでランタイムを楽しみます。
このお店は人気のお店のようで、約10組の待ち客が、それでも10分ほどで店内へ案内されました。
福井の回転寿司屋さんは、店毎に特徴がありますね。特にその日のお勧めに、仕入れるネタの特徴が出る印象です。
まず、「鯛の三種盛」から、「桜の花びらがのった握り」「漬け」「炙りの押し寿司」の３種。どのお寿司も、上品な鯛の白身が、いいお味。
貝の三種盛りもいけます。「帆立」「赤貝」「バイ貝」。「帆立」の甘み「赤貝」の濃厚さ「バイ貝」の歯応えが魅力です。
他には、「マグロ」「イカ」など定番ネタもいい品質です。
ナンと、ランチタイムのサービスで、アサリの味噌汁が無料でお代わり自由。これもアサリの旨味が出ていいお味。
