あわら温泉の帰りにランチタイムに立ち寄りました。
何組かの待ちがありましたが、15分ほどで席に案内されました。
回転寿司ですが、寿司は回ってません。
タッチパネルでオーダーすると店員さんがテーブル席まで運んでもらえます。
この日の特選からカワハギ、北海道活つぶ貝、煮穴子をオーダーしました。
釧路の和商市場から仕入れた活つぶ貝はコリコリ食感が楽しめました。
カワハギは適度な歯応えと白身魚の旨さを堪能できました。
煮穴子はトロッととろけました。
極上鉄火巻きです。極上というだけあっていいマグロを大きく使ってます。
イカです。
歯応えがいいです。
ランチタイムだけのサービスでアサリの味噌汁が無料でお代わりもできます。
美味しかったので1杯お代わりしました。
