駅弁、惣菜を製造・販売する。
東尋坊の焼きイカスシは、当社が提供する駅弁の1種。
「トウジンボウノヤキイカスシ」と読む。
スルメイカを甘酢に漬け込んで焼き上げ、中にちらし寿司を詰め込んでいる。
甘酢に漬け込んだイカは、ほんのりと甘く、酸っぱいが、きつくはない。身が厚いにも拘わらず、柔らかい。といっても、柔らか過ぎず、きちんと噛み切れ、食べ易い。
イカにも寿司飯にもしっかりと味が付いているので、何も付けなくても食べられる。
ゲソも添えられていた。
