福井に用事があったので、久々に秋吉を食おうと決意。
福井駅前は三店舗あるが、
駅前と片町は激混みと経験済みなので、
新しく発見したNEW秋吉に来訪。
Google MAPによると15分待ちで入れる穴場とあり、
17時15分の少し早めにお店に伺った。
すると、すでに満席で1時間30分待ちとのこと…
ただ、NEW秋吉はホテルフジタの2階にあり、
行列も室内なので、まったりと待つことに。
店長さんもちょくちょく声がけしてくれて、
なんだかんだで30分で入店できました。
店内は満席で慌ただしく店員さんが走り回ってるが、
活気があって、店員さんも絡んできて楽しい。
ドリンクを頼んだ後、
純けいを10と、シロ5、タン5と、串カツ5を注文。
当店限定とあった、ヒレカツも追加。
その後は、きゅうりや漬物を挟みながら、
いろいろと注文してあっという間に腹パン。
満席だけど、提供も早く、待ち時間も少なめ。
他店と違い、店も広めで、煙モクモクでもない。
息子と二人だったけど、服も臭くならずに、
お気に入りの場所になった。
タレにぶち込むニンニクは、やっぱり美味い。
この店は、ニンニクはテーブルではなく注文式。
ぜひ、忘れずに注文して欲しい。
いろいろ酷評あるけど、私は秋吉好きなので、
お高めのいい串屋より、テンション上がります（笑）
