かりんとう饅頭は2010年5月の発売以来売れ続け、年間50万個を超える御素麺屋人気No.1商品となりました。これまで長年培われてきた技術で作られた黒糖饅頭を高温の油で揚げた饅頭です。カリカリの食感と黒糖饅頭の組み合わせから「かりんとう饅頭」と呼ばれています。
外はカリカリ生地でサクッとした食感。中のあんこはしっとり餡でした。
