ちょっと前になりますが、こちらの鯖すし(棒状になったもの)がめちゃくちゃ美味しくて、鯖すし好きの私は、感動を覚えたものです。
酢でしめた味がさほど酸っぱくなくあっさりしているので、鯖の脂の旨味が思いっきり口の中に広がりなんとも言えない満足感です。
酢にあまりつけないのか、１時間ぐらいで食べてくれとのこと。
だから期待して握りを食べに行きました。やはり美味い！間違いないです。
お値段もリーズナブルで都会なら倍以上になるでしょうね。
満足でした。
