越前そば巡礼３軒目です。
メインは仕事が終わり福井駅まで戻って来ました。
時計を観ると１６時過ぎです。
３軒目は時間に拠って数軒ほど目途を付けてました。
この時間になるとランチが終わって休息中のそば屋さんが多い。
１７時前の特急を予約していたので駅の周辺で食べる事に。
行ったのはＪＲ福井駅西口の複合施設ハピリンに入っている｢あみだ蕎麦｣です。
お店に行ったのは１６時半前です。
中は３組のお客さんだけです。
店員さんがお茶出しとオーダーを聴きに来ます。
私はメニューを観て｢越前おろしそば｣をオーダーします。
お茶は｢そば茶｣です。
しばらくすると料理が来ました。
かつお節とネギが載ったお蕎麦です。
このお店は大根おろしが入った出汁に付けて食べる様になってます。
先ずは出汁の味を確認します、やはり甘めの出汁ですが大根おろしが辛みを出して呉れます。
次にお蕎麦です。
腰が在り美味しい。
その後は出汁にそば湯を入れて出汁を飲み干しました。
これが美味しかった。
あっという間完食して福井駅から電車に載って帰りました。
