福井駅を降りて路面電車の走るアーケード道を少し進んだ駅近にある福井名物おろしそばのお店。こちらのお蕎麦は福井県産特上そば粉とお水のみで作る十割蕎麦とのこと。
今回はそんな定番名物のこちらを頂きました。
「越前おろしそば並(950円)」
「焼鯖寿司セット【2貫】(460円)」
鯖寿司は身が肉厚で脂のノリもよく、生姜も挟んであり、食べ応えあるのにさっぱりした元気が出る美味しさでした。
おろしそばは、薄めのつけ汁にたっぷりの大根おろしが入っていて、鰹節とネギが盛られたお蕎麦にかけて食べるとのことで、ぶっかけで頂きました。十割蕎麦は平めんで風味もありとても上品な美味しさで、加えてネギと大根おろしがふんだんに混ざってとてもヘルシーな美味しさでした。
