夜ご飯にあるお店に向かってたんですがそこが休みだったので周辺検索。気になったラーメン屋さん「多弐家」さんにお邪魔しました。平日18:30に来ましたがお客さんは私のみです。店内入ると券売機がありそこで注文です。色々あるんですがお店一押しの多弐家ラーメン醤油を注文。塩もありますが今回は醤油で。太麺、細麺を選べるみたいで私は太麺をチョイスです。
しばらくして着麺。
醤油か塩で醤油を注文。到着したラーメンを見ると豚骨。つまりは豚骨醤油ラーメンみたいです。麺は太麺を選びましたが私の感覚では中太麺という感じ。麺を啜ると柔らかくもモチッとした感じで美味しいです。喉コシもいいですね〜。スープは豚骨醤油で脂も結構浮いていて少し濃い感じですね。チャーシューは薄切り柔らかチャーシューが4枚。味は見た目よりかなり味は濃く美味しいチャーシューです。ここでニンニク、生姜を同時投入。これはすごい味変になります。生姜がこんなにラーメンに合うとは思っていませんでした。豚骨置いてるお店は生姜置いたら？って思える旨さです。
これはなかなかに美味しいラーメンでした。
